Clinical Efficacy Of Addition And Subtraction Tongqiaohuoxue Treated Sudden Deafness

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the addition and subtraction Tongqiaohuoxue treated blood stasis type of sudden deafness, summed subtraction Tongqiaohuoxue soup for blood stasis type of sudden deafness treatment efficiency, determine its therapeutic advantages and further clinical practice.Methods:from March 2014 to January 2015 at the First Affiliated Hospital doctor Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine ENT clinic, met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of 72 cases of sudden deafness patients (72 ears), in accordance with the the order of the group is divided into a treatment group and the control group, the treatment group of 36 patients in the control group of 36 patients. The control group was only western therapy, that when Kay 2ml+0.9% Nacl 10ml bolus once a day; Shuxuening 20ml+5% dextrose 250ml infusion once a day; vitamin B1 100mg +vitamin B12 500ug intramuscular injection once a day. Treatment groups were observed in the control group, based on the above on the use of traditional Chinese medicine and subtraction Tongqiaohuoxue soup,2 times, warm clothes.7 days for a course of treatment that is 14 days after the two courses, and record the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The treatment effect observed indicators of the observation group than the control group, and by deafness within the statistical observation group, the effect of age on the treatment effect was significant.Conclusion:This research proves:1, the clinical efficacy of addition and subtraction Tongqiaohuoxue soup treatment of sudden deafness (blood stasis type) are significant.2, the subject of the use of Chinese and Western medicine treatment regimens of combination therapy is superior to the control group of simple effects of western medicine.3, age of onset and the extent of hearing loss before treatment and prognosis of the disease and the efficacy of some relevance.
