| Objective: Observe Er Cong pill combined western medicine treatment of qi stagnancy and blood stasis type,and type of hearing loss for flat type the patient's clinical curative effect.Methods: 60 cases of sudden deafness qi stagnancy and blood stasis type,and type of hearing loss for flat type,drop in patients were randomly divided into two groups,Er Cong pill group(treatment group)30 cases using Er Cong pill combined with western medicine;western medicine group(control group),30 cases were given western medicine,to observe the clinical comprehensive efficacy of two groups before and after treatment,the mean of hearing,clinical symptoms and Traditional Chinese medicine symptom classification quantitative score changes,and statistical analysis.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences in the general condition,average hearing threshold of affected ear,quantitative grading score of Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and major associated symptoms(tinnitus and vertigo)between the two groups before treatment(all P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.There were statistically significant differences in the mean value of hearing threshold of affected ear,quantified integral of Traditional Chinese medicine symptom grading and tinnitus score between 2 groups before and after treatment(all P < 0.05).3.There were statistically significant differences in post-treatment effective rate,mean hearing threshold and quantitative scores of Traditional Chinese medicine symptom grading between the two groups(all P < 0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in tinnitus score(P > 0.05).4.There were statistically significant differences in the effective rate between the two groups with different course of disease(all P <0.05),and the efficacy of patients with course of disease ?7 days was more significant than that of patients with course of disease greater than 7 days.Conclusion:1.For patients with sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and the type of hearing impairment is flat type,Ercong pill combined with western medicine and western medicine alone can play a therapeutic role in two different therapies,and can reduce the mean threshold of hearing of patients,and Ercong pill combined with western medicine is better than western medicine alone.2.For patients with sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and the type of hearing impairment is flat type,Ercong pill combined with western medicine and western medicine alone can improve the tinnitus of patients,but there is no significant difference in the efficacy of the two schemes.3.The duration of disease is one of the important factors affecting the prognosis of sudden deafness.It is suggested that patients with sudden deafness should seek medical treatment in time.Vertigo is a negative factor affecting the prognosis of sudden deafness.The effect of tinnitus on the prognosis of sudden deafness is not clear and needs further study. |
