Objective:Observed Tongqiaohuoxue Tang Qi stagnation type ventilation Powder for the treatment of sudden deafness clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease to find an objective basis to explore more effective for clinical treatment; observed in the treatment of serum C-reactive protein before and after the change, its in the diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness in the preliminary discussion significance.Methods:Select January 2010 to December 2010 in Fujian Province Department of Otolaryngology inpatient hospital, and met the inclusion criteria 58 patients with sudden deafness (79 ears), according to visiting time in patients randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group 29 cases,38 ears,41 ears of 29 cases in control group; treatment group Tongqiaohuoxue Tang ventilation Powder for Garcia drugs (Lipo injection 10 ug, mecobalamin 500 ug, nicotinic acid 100 mg) treatment, The control group was only western (Lipo injection 10 ug, mecobalamin 500 ug, nicotinic acid 100 mg) treatment. All the patients before treatment,14 days after treatment, pure tone audiometry checks, each time including 0.25,0.5,1,2,4,6,8 KHz frequency, observe the hearing recovery and the associated clinical symptoms, tongue, etc., and the results were analyzed statistically. Effects are divided into cured, markedly effective and effective and ineffective. Measurement data expressed as mean±standard deviation ((?)±S), between the two groups using two sample t test, rank sum test using ranked data, count data using chi-square test. All data analysis were carried out in SPSS 17.0 package.Results:In this group, treatment group,29 cases,38 ears,19 ears healed, effective in 2 ears, 14 ears effective and ineffective in 3 ears, the total effective rate 92.11%, markedly effective rate of 55.26%; control group,29 patients 41 ears,14 ears healed, effective 1 ear, effective 15 ears,11 ears invalid, the total effective rate 73.17%, markedly effective rate of 36.59%; treatment group and control group, the total effective rate, markedly effective rate were significant differences (P<0.05). After treatment in terms of improvement of his symptoms, compared with before treatment there were significant differences between the two groups on the role and the improvement of symptoms compared with no significant difference. Treatment group and control group after treatment, serum C-reactive protein were decreased compared with that before treatment were significantly different; treatment, amplitude changes in the treatment group than the control group, there were significant differences.
