Qi Stagnation Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of The Multi-way Drug Treatment Efficacy Of 90 Cases Observed

ObjectiveThe aims of this research were to investigate the curative effects and safe of Multiple therapy of Chinese medicine on CPID;to investigate the side effects and adverse reaction of Multiple therapy of Chinese medicine.MethodsClinical evaluations are made on 90 patients suffering from CPID.They are randomly divided into two groups in the proportion of 1 to 1.Forty-five patients are treated by Multiple therapy of Chinese medicine compared with the same quantity patients who are treated by Amoxicillin and Metronidazole.All patients are evaluated at physical sign integrals,syndrome integrals and integrated integrals before and after 3 months' treatment.Results1)Integrated therapeutic effects:the cured and apparent rate of treatment group on integrated therapeutic effects was 88.9%,on syndrome effects was 88.9%,on physical sign effects was 66.7%;while control group was 28.9%,42.2%,11.1% accordingly.There was significant statistical differences in the therapeutic effects of bothgroup(P＜0.05).2)The physical sign integrals,the syndrome integrals and the integrated integrals are remarkedlly improved in both groups.The improvement is more apparent in the treatment group than in the control group.There was significant statistical differences in the integrals of both group(P＜0.05).ConclusionsThis research about the curative effects and safe of Multiple therapy of Chinese medicine indicates that Multiple therapy of Chinese medicine can remarkedlly improve the syndrome and physical sign on CPID.The treatment group shows more positive effects than the control group on CPID.There are no side effects on the Blood Regulation and the function of liver and kidney.More embedded study about the long-term effects and the rate of recurrence should be taken.
