| OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sun’s abdominal acupuncture combine with scalp acupuncture in treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI)METHODS:64 female patients with SUI were randomized into two groups,32 cases each.The treatment group were acupunctured in both nine areas of Sun’s abdiminal acupuncture and foot motor-sensory area,and were electrified after acupuncturing at the nine area of Sun’s abdiminal acupuncture.The foot motor-sensory area was stimulated by manipulation after acupuncturing,while the cases in the control group were acupunctured in traditional acupoints.Before the treatment,4 weeks after the treatment and 4 weeks after the end of the treatment,the results of ICI-Q-SF,I-QOL,1h urine pad test and 72h urination diary card were recorded and analyzed statistically to evaluate the efficacy of the two groupsRESULT:1.Before and after treatment,ICI-Q-SF,I-QOL,1h urine pad test and 72h urination diary card of the two groups were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);2.The indexes effect of patients in the two groups improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);3.the clinical effect of patients in the two groups improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);3.In the late follow-up,the long-term effect of each indexes in the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)CONCLUSION1.Both acupuncture at the nine area of Sun’s abdiminal combine with the foot motor-sensory area and traditional acupuncture treatment are effective for treating SUI;2.The treatment effect of acupuncture at the nine area of Sun’s abdiminal combine with the foot motor-sensory area for SUI is better than traditional acupuncture treatment;3.Acupuncture at the nine area of Sun’s abdiminal combine with the foot motor-sensory area has a stable long-term effect on SUI,it is a safe and effective treatment method,it is worth to popularize. |
