Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect observation of acupuncture Ning Shen point and Yu modal music (liver Yang syndrone) in patients with migraine, to verify that the Ning Shen point effect on the treatment of migraine, and get acupuncture Ning Shen point with Yu modal music for migraine headache (liver Yang syndrone type) as the optimization of objective basis, provide more methods for clinical treatment of migraine.Methods:60 patients with migraine, randomly divided into 3 groups, group A (Ning Shen point+ Yu modal music +regular meridians) and group B (Ning Shen point + regular meridians), group C (regular meridians),20 patients in each group, each group after treatment, respectively by the VAS pain visual grading method were observed before and after 1 day,3 days,7 days acupuncture after 30 minutes of VAS score. And before treatment, treatment after 7 days and 1 months follow-up, record the number of headache, symptoms, duration, and with integral.Results1. Three groups of patients with migraine type liver Yang syndrone all have significant effects, and the recent curative effect, and the total effective rate in group A > B> C group.The Ridit analysis, curative effect comparison between the three groups, as well as B, C, two groups of curative effect comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05), curative effect is superior to B, C in the two groups, group A and group B curative effect is better than that of group C.2. The three groups all can better control the recurrence rate, recurrence rate between the three groups by the Kruskal-Wallis test (P< 0.05), there are significant differences, prompt the recurrence rate of group A was lower than that in group B and C.B and C recurrence rate after the t test between the two groups (P< 0.05), group B control the recurrence rate is better than that of group C.Conclusion1. Ning Shen point with Yu modal music for the treatment of migraine(liver Yang syndrone) has obvious effects, and the recent curative effect, is in the treatment of migraine (liver Yang syndrone type).2. Ning Shen point with Yu modal music can effectively reduce migraine (liver Yang syndrone) in patients with recurrence rate.
