The Clinical Research Of Eczema And Urticaria With The Symptoms Of Common Pulmonary Allergic Disease

Objective: To explore the theoretical connotation of "lung main fur" and its clinical guiding significance of differentiation and treatment of eczema and urticaria by investigating different syndrome types of eczema and urticaria with related allergic diseases of lung such as the main symptoms of the asthma and allergic rhinitis. Methods: To collect the typical case of eczema and urticaria in the outpatient and ward the fifth affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university and the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region by investigating the type of diease, the main Syndromes and the main syndrom of the asthma and allergic rhinitis. Results:(1) 182 patients who accord the iclusion criteria were investigated, of which 113 cases of urticaria, eczema in 69 cases. In 182 cases with allergic disease symptoms were 92 cases of pulmonary symptoms of allergic disease, accounting for 50.55%; In the 113 cases of urticaria patients, 51 cases of pulmonary system with the symptoms of allergic disease, 69 cases of eczema patients, 41 cases with the syndrom of allergic lung disease.(2) In the 182 cases of eczema and urticaria, chronic urticaria in 76 cases, 32 cases of the first occurs, five cases of finally happened three cases of pulmonary department with symptoms of allergic disease, and 30 cases of subacute eczema in the first 12 cases occurs, 4 cases of finally happened, three cases of pulmonary system with symptoms of allergic disease. For different types of fifth chi-square test, P=0.000<0.01, there is statistically significant difference. Description eczema, five different types of hives with Pulmonary symptoms of allergic disease there is a difference. Conclusion: This study suggests that eczema and urticaria with related allergic diseases of lung such as the main symptom of asthma and allergic rhinitis, and syndromes of urticaria were associated with TCM syndrome type. This study verifies the overall view of TCM "the lung and fur" influence each other. But its causal relationship remains to be further research in the future. Pulmonary symptoms of allergic disease in patients with chronic urticaria, subacute, and chronic eczema patients with skin disease prior to the onset of more prompt and lung Xuan Su-down disorders are chronic urticaria, a major cause of chronic eczema sustained attack.
