Correlation Study On The Northwest Dryness Syndrom And Eczema

Objective: By investigating the different stages of eczema and the situation of the Northwest Dryness Syndrome,the different TCM syndrome types of eczema an d the situation of Northwest Dryness Syndrome,To explore the correlation between eczema and Northwest Dryness Syndrome.To provide clinical guidance for the treat ment of eczema.Methods: Collection of typical cases of eczema from January 2015 to December 2015 in Department of Dermatology,affiliated Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.Through the investigation of the different stages of eczema in t he case of different stages of eczema,eczema of different TCM syndrome types wit h the Northwest Dryness Syndrome.Results:(1)A total of 160 patients with eczema who met the inclusion criteria wer e included in the study,Among them,25 cases of acute eczema,the percentage of th e total is 15.60%,83 cases of subacute eczema,the percentage is 51.90%,chronic ecz ema 52 cases,the percentage is 32.50%.Among them, Damp skin type in 52 cases,t he proportion of 32.50%,Spleen deficiency wefness type 72 cases,accounted for 45.00%,29 cases of blood deficiency and wind dryness,accounted for 18.10%,other TC M syndromes in 7 cases,the proportion of 4.40%.(2)160 cases of eczema.Among th em there were 83 cases with northwest dryness syndrome,the percentage is 51.88%.There are 6 cases of acute eczema complicated with Northwest Dryness Syndrome;There are 48 cases of subacute eczema complicated with northwest dryness syndro me;There were 29 cases of chronic eczema with northwest dryness syndrome.Differ ent stages of eczema occurrence in the case of the northwest dryness syndrome we re compared, P=0.01 < 0.05,with statistical significance.(3)In TCM syndrome types of eczema,Have Northwest Dryness Syndrome in 20 cases with damp skin type,The re are 37 cases of Northwest Dryness Syndrome Complicated with spleen deficienc y wefness type;There are 22 cases of Northwest Dryness Syndrome Complicated w ith blood deficiency and wind dryness;There are 4 cases of other types of syndrom e combined with northwest dryness syndrome.The different TCM syndrome types of eczema in the northwest dryness syndrome were compared, P=0.012 < 0.05, with statistical significance.(4)In 160 cases of eczema.Among them, the northwest drynes s syndrome occurred in 63 cases in the first place,Northwest Dryness Syndrome in19 cases after the onset of eczema, eczema and the Northwest Dryness Syndrome at the same time,there are 1 cases of eczema,there is no Northwest Dryness Synd rome in 77 cases.Acute eczema,subacute eczema,chronic eczema in the northwest dr yness syndrome between the three groups were compared,P=0.028 < 0.05,the differ ence was statistically significant,It showed that there were differences in the occurr ence of the Northwest Dryness Syndrome in different stages of eczema.Conclusion: In 160 cases of eczema.Among them there were 83 cases with northw est dryness syndrome,the percentage is 51.88%.Among the collected eczema patients,subacute eczema complicated with northwest dryness syndrome was the most, 48 c ases, the percentage accounted for 57.83%;Northwest Dryness Syndrome of blood d eficiency and wind dryness collected in eczema patients with up to 22 cases,accou nting for 75.86% percentage.There were 63 cases of the first Northwest Dryness S yndrome in the collected eczema patients,accounting for 39.37%.It shows that there is a correlation between eczema and northwest dryness syndrome,Northwest drynes s syndrome may be a predisposing factor for eczema,but also may be the basis of the pathogenesis of eczema.
