Research On Strengthening And Improving The Ideological And Moral Construction Of Young Medical Staff At Present

Ideological and moral construction is a long-term and complicated system engineering. It has effect on social production in all sectors, and also affect China’s medical and health system of the medical staff, whose ultimate aim is to make the education object to accept and internalize education implementation of the ideological and moral requirements. At present, the relationship between the doctor-patient of China has sharp contradiction. Medical staff has various gross breach of medical ethics behavior, such as received red envelopes, prescription, and repeated inspection and so on, and the problem is widespread, which seriously violate the medical system, the party and the state of the original intention of the reform, and is not conducive to the building of a harmonious society. Nowadays, our young medical staff has been working in the first line in the majority of medical and health services. They are the most important participants in China’s medical and health reform and development, which is also the backbone of the future development of our hospital. Their work is directly related to the degree of satisfaction with the masses of the people to the hospital services, which related to the medical staff. The part of the young medical workers in the ideological and moral construction is the political belief confusion, fuzzy ideals and beliefs of the medical staff, professionalism and sense of responsibility is not strong, the lack of strict discipline, occupation moral integrity, quality and other issues remain to be improved. These become the key problem in the comprehensive development of young medical staff. Therefore, in order to strengthen the education and guidance of young medical personnel training, occupation moral consciousness, strengthen the occupation accomplishment of young medical personnel is an important work of hospital and society cannot be ignored.In this paper, the author standing on the theoretical system of socialism with characteristics of the philosophy of Marxism Leninism and Chinese position. At first, the author analyzes the connotation of the ideological and moral construction of medical personnel, including political quality, ideological quality, the moral quality of the four aspects, and put forward to strengthen and improve the ideological and moral construction of young medical staff target. Second, take Hedong District of Linyi city hospital as the research object, and selects the different wards of the hospital part of young medical staff conducted a questionnaire survey, and carefully analyzed the date to summed up the hospital in the ideological and moral construction of young medical workers in the main problems are: part of the medical staff of the confused political beliefs, ideals fuzzy belief dedication and sense of responsibility is not strong, self-discipline, integrity of the Yan Jin occupation moral absence, ideological and moral quality to be improved, and the analysis of the causes of the problem. Third, this paper expounds how to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of young four medical personnel important significance, and put forward suggestions for the next step measures provide relying on convincing data security and value. Finally, this paper speed up the reform in three aspects from the ideological work innovation education idea, the formation mechanism of the ideological and moral construction, and put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and moral construction and solve the existing problems in the improvement of young medical staff.
