Investigation And Research On Ideological And Political Education Of Medical Staff In Military Hospitals In The Process Of Military Reform

Comprehensively deepening the reform of national defense and the army and taking the road of strengthening the military with Chinese characteristics are the requirements of the times to realize the Chinese dream and the dream of strengthening the military.It is the most important,most effective,and most critical choice for the development of China's national defense and military in the new era.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party,the People's Army has thoroughly implemented Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and Xi Jinping's idea of strengthening the military.In accordance with the thoughts in "Central Military Commission's Opinions on Deepening the Reform of National Defense and the Army",the People's Army focuses on solving the institutional obstacles,structural contradictions,and policy issues that restrict the development of the national defense and the army.It also actively promotes its modernization of organization,thereby further enhancing its combat effectiveness and stimulating the vitality.At present,in order to adapt to the new requirements for army building in the new era,military hospitals have carried out comprehensive reforms with a high degree of consciousness and a strong sense of mission.Some military hospitals withdrew and reformed,adjusted their affiliation.Some of their staff went to regions,and some to new armies,etc.This large-scale military hospital reform will inevitably bring new opportunities and challenges to their personnel in many aspects.The prevention and control of COVID-19 occurred during the military reform which was a test of the mental state of personnel in military hospital.Only by accurately grasping the ideological dynamics of military hospital personnel in the new period of reform can military hospitals do ideological and political work according to local conditions and target,take Xi Jinping's military thought as a guide,strengthen the innovation of ideological and political education content and methods,therefore continuously improving its effectiveness of ideological and political education,promoting their long-term and stable development,and actively promoting the realization of the goal of a strong army that can follow the party's command,win the battle,and have a good working styleThis article takes Marxism as a theoretical guide,adheres to the guidance of Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and Xi Jinping's idea of strengthening the military,bases on the background of national defense and military reform in the new period,takes personnel in military hospital as the research object and accurately grasp the relevant concepts of ideological and political education of military hospital personnel in military reform.By using literature analysis method,comparative analysis method and empirical analysis method,empirical investigation was carried out in a military hospital in Xi'an,including interviews with the medical staff who went to the front line of anti-epidemic.On the basis of the investigation,this paper scientifically analyzes the ideological and psychological status of the medical staff in the military hospital,as well as their attitude towards the reform of the military.The survey found that during the progress of reform,the ideological and political concept of medical staff in military hospitals needs to be updated,the mechanism is not perfect,and the means need to be innovated.In the face of the situation that ideological instability of medical staff in some military hospitals,the social environment needs to be improved.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the ideological and political education of the medical staff who works in the military hospital during the progress of reform from four aspects as military,society,family and individual.On this basis,I put forward the countermeasures as follow for ideological and political education of medical staff in military hospitals in the new era.First,we must maintain the correct way and evlove it.Which means thatensure the absolute leadership of the party to the army,and take Xi Jinping's thought of strengthening the army as the guidance,starting with enhance of combat effectiveness of the army,so as to combine ideological education with caring the solution of practical problems.Second,we should give full play to the regulatory role of policy and system,explore the mechanism of good mental state of medical staff in military hospitals.Therefore,finally we can coordinate human resource work from system guarantee,optimize the treatment of military personnel from policy,and improve political character from style construction.Third,we should advocate the use of literature to influence people,create a good social and cultural environment,enrich the carrier forms of ideological education of military personnel,give full play to the role of military branch as a Battle Fortress,and promote the construction of military camp culture and education function.Fourth,we should improve the professional
