Study On The Ideological And Political Education Of Medical Staff Under The Background Of New Medical Reform

The work of Ideological and political education is the core of constructing socialistharmonious society in all walks of life, covering in medical service system and the ideologicaland political education work. The new medical reform and development, not only improve thequality of health care workers, but also increasingly pay attention to cultivating " theawareness of service to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Therefore, the ideological and political education in medical staff plays the key role of thehitherto unknown. The medical ethics is poor, the tension betweendoctors and patients greatly damaged the image of medical staff and seriously influencedimpact on the construction of medical health development and harmonious society. Therefore,to strengthen the new medical reform in terms of Ideological and Political education hasbecome a matter of new medical reform that is influential.Based on the theoretical system of socialism with the philosophy of Marxism andLeninism and the development of China characteristic position, this thesis first analyzes theconnotation, function and significance of the ideological and political education in medicalstaff under the new circumstance, then summarizes the problems in the ideological andpolitical education of medical staff and the main factors affecting the ideological and political education, such as the complexity of identity, diverse sources of all knowledge in the work ofIdeological and political education and the lack of innovation. Finally, the author puts forwardthe specific countermeasures and suggestions: one is the philosophy of Marxism andLeninism, the theory of Socialism with Chinese characteristics and mechanism of scientificideological and political education to strengthen the idea of the mass line and the patient ascentre so as, to create a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and improvethe medical system in terms of the quality of administrative personnel; the other is to insist oncombining the method of Ideological and political education to improve the ideological andpolitical education pertinence and effectiveness; third is to adopt the incentive to make fulluse of political, material and spiritual means to conduct the ideological and political education;fourth is to actively build close conduct to relation society and family.
