Objective:To evaluate efficacy, safety, prevention and treatment of complications of combining stentand coil for intracranial large artery aneurysms. Methods:The clinical data of 25 patients with intracranial large or giant artery aneurysms treated with combined stent and coils were analyzed retrospectively, including 10 cavernous part of internal carotid artery aneurysms,15 supraclinoidal portion of the internal carotid artery(ICA). All 25 patients treated with auxiliary spring coil stent combined with double micro catheter tamponade for large intracranial aneurysms, padded observation of the results and review of the situation. Results:The 26 stents were successfully deployed. Complete embolization was achieved in 21 patients. Rupture occurred in 1 aneurysm during coiling; Lumbar puncture catheter drainage hemorrhagic cerebrospinal fluid after the operation, and the prognosis is good; Stent thrombosis events occurred in 3 patients who was completely recovered after treated with Tirofiban Hydrochloride. A total of 26 stents were successfully released, 23 aneurysms were complete thrombosis or after complete thrombosis.all patients found no aneurysm bleeding again, thromboembolism symptoms and stent stenosis after one year. Conclusion:The effective way to prevent intracranial wide necked aneurysms interventional embolization of large recurrence is the hemodynamic changes of local and dense packing aneurysm cavity and the aneurysm neck.Stent assisted coil with double microcatheter technique is a method that can be adopted. This technology can make up the previous stent assisted coil embolization of aneurysm of artery tumor residual outflow tract defects die cavity, and can be tamponade aneurysm more compact. To a word, this technology can effectively reduce the large or giant aneurysm recurrence.
