Lvis Stents Assisted Coil Embolization Application Research Of Intracranial Aneurysms

Objective Assess Lvis efficacy and safety of the stent assisted embolism complicated intracranial aneurysms.Methods Select the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university east campus neurosurgery in November 2014 to December 2015 Lvis stents adjuvant embolization of 31 cases of intracranial aneurysm patients, Including 2 cases unruptured aneurysms, Ruptured aneurysm of 29 cases, All cases all adopt the stents assisted coil embolization, Were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 31 cases of intracranial aneurysm patients, treatment methods and curative effect.Results All stents of 31 patients, spring coil into smooth, release position, technical success rate of 100%. The results showed immediate embolism: Completely embolization was 25 cases, Nearly all embolism was 4 cases,Part of embolization was 2 cases. No intraoperative aneurysm rupture hemorrhage, Postoperative CT examination revealed a small area of cerebral infarction in 1 case. In discharge according to the improved GOS score were evaluated. 5 points 23 cases, 4 points in 5 cases, 3 points in 3 patients.Conclusion Lvis stent assisted coil embolization of intracranial aneurysms is a safe and reliable, but its long-term effect still needs further observation.
