Background:Stroke refers to a acute condition where the blood supply to a part of the brain is suddenly stopped. The neural function defect syndrome lasted at least 24 hours. Due to high morbidity, mortality and disability rates, stroke caused great harm to the family and society. Lower extremity motor function disorder are common dysfunction in patients with stroke.It serious impact on the patient’s quality of life.Conventional wisdom is that strength training increases the stroke affected side muscle spasm,increased modes,so strength training is often neglected or even exclusion.In recent years, many studies suggest that: strength decreased after stroke is mainly composed of neural factors and adaptive change caused by disuse muscle. Muscle strength training can increase muscle power and do not increase spasm.But there is some evidence to suggest that strength training,muscle tone worse off than before. With high efficiency and safety training,Isokinetic exercise not only on muscle function evaluation, rehabilitation training, but also able to provide objective and accurate quantitative assessments, scientific,so that muscle strength training to achieve reasonable and safety. In recent years,More and more rehabilitation doctors like application isokinetic exercise.But research about stroke rehabilitation is single concentrated in isokinetic testing and to observe the effects.Objective:In the study,stretched, flexor isokinetic muscle strength training is on patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia side knee through strength, walking speed, lower limb function in patients with the change of the data, such as observation of isokinetic muscle strength training on the impact of lower limb movement function in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia.Methods:The patients who have cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups,one is the isokinetic muscle strength training group,and the other is the control group,25 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were both given exercise therapy, MOTOmed intelligence in sports training, walk training, treatment and acupuncture treatment of physical factors,etc.Isokinetic muscle training group were given isokinetic muscle strength training more on hemiplegic limb knee extensor and flexor. Before and 4 weeks after treatment, respectively the short form Fugl-Meyer lower limb function assessment scale (FMA-LE), the fastest speed,flexor and extensor isokinetic muscle strength testing to isokinetic muscle strength training group and control group.Results:Lower limb motor function score before treatment,2 groups of patients, the fastest walking speed and the peak/body weight of flexor and extensor on 180°/s,120°/s,60°/s of hemiplegia side lower limb muscle strength differences between groups were no statistical significance (P> 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, there is one patient of the control group walking with Knee hyperextension.There is no patient in isokinetic muscle strength training group walking with knee hyperextension. The above indexes of the patients are improved significantly compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01), and the optimal exercise group and control group, difference between groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The isokinetic muscle strength training have obviously promoted the recovery of lower limb motor function on stroke patients with hemiplegia. |
