Objective To analyze the clinical effect of motion imaging combined with acupuncture on stroke patients with hemiplegia balance function and lower extremity motor function. Methods Sixty-eight stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected from July 2016 to September 2017 in the rehabilitation center of Zhejiang University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Wenzhou Hospital for study, were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in observation group were given conventional rehabilitation therapy Motion imaging therapy and acupuncture therapy.Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture therapy only on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy. The balance function, limb function and daily activities were analyzed before and after treatment, and statistical analysis was made.Results1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, sex, duration of disease, stroke type and hemiparetic side(P>0.05).2.After two weeks of treatment, the balance function of the two groups improved significantly(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the fourth week(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the patients in the observation group were balanced at the end of the fourth week Function was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);3.The scores of the two groups were significantly higher in the second week and the fourth week, and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.The fastest 5-m rewinding speed of the two groups was significantly increased after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, and the difference was significant(P<0.05)in the 4th week of observation group(0.51±0.08)m/s;5.The MBI scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 4 weeks(P<0.05).6.The scores of Fugl-Meyer group in the 4th week after operation were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Combination of exercise imaging and acupuncture can effectively improve balance function and lower extremity limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia and improve their daily activities. |
