Objectives:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with kinesitherapy on Fugl-Meyer(FMA),muscle strength and activity of daily life in patients with stroke hemiplegia, and to explore the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with kinesitherapy on motor function of stroke hemiplegia. Methods:According to the random number table method,72 patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: electroacupuncture combined with exercise therapy group(treatment group)and general acupuncture combined with exercise therapy group(control group).36 patients in each group were given routine symptomatic treatment and exercise therapy,30 minutes per day,6 times per week, and 4 weeks. Before entering the group, the upper limb function of the two groups were evaluated: for the evaluation of the upper limb motor function of the affected side,Fugl-Meyer(FMA)was used;for the evaluation of the upper limb muscle strength of the affected side,Lovett was used;for the evaluation of the upper limb muscle strength of the affected side, activity of daily was used Living,ADL)Barthel(BI)index was used to evaluate ADL.After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of Fugl Meyer(FMA),muscle strength of upper limbs and Barthel(BI)index before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. The data were processed and analyzed by spss25.0.Result:(1)Baseline comparison There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, course of disease and disease surface(p> 0.05);(2)Comparison of FMA scores of upper limb in two groups Before treatment, there was no significant difference in FMA score between the two groups(p> 0.05).There was significant difference in FMA score of upper limb before and after treatment between the two groups(p< 0.01);after 4 weeks of treatment, there was significant difference in FMA score of upper limb between the two groups(p< 0.05).(3)Lovett grading comparison of muscle strength of upper extremity in two groups Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p< 0.01);after 4 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(p> 0.05).(4)Comparison of Barthel Index scores between the two groups Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Barthel score between the two groups(p> 0.05).The difference of Barthel score between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(p< 0.01);after 4 weeks of treatment, the difference of Barthel score between the two groups was statistically significant(p< 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Electroacupuncture combined with kinesitherapy can significantly improve FMA and Barthel Index scores of upper extremity of stroke hemiplegia, and the curative effect is better than that of general acupuncture combined with kinesitherapy.(2)Electroacupuncture combined with exercise therapy and general acupuncture combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia patients with upper limb motor dysfunction. After 4 weeks of treatment, there is no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of upper limb muscle strength, which may be related to the treatment time.
