Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Repetitive Facilitative Exercise(Chuanping method)combined with intelligent lower limb rehabilitation robot training on lower limb motor dysfunction of stroke patients with hemiplegia, and to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of lower limb motor dysfunction of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods:Sixty patients with stroke hemiplegia who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table method, namely, the RFE group, the ILLRR group, and the combination group, with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the RFE group were treated with Repetitive Facilitative Exercise, patients in the ILLRR group were treated with intelligent lower limb rehabilitation robot, and patients in the combined group were treated with both Repetitive Facilitative Exercise and intelligent lower limb rehabilitation robot training. All patients in the three groups were treated once a day,six days a week, for four consecutive weeks as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment. Before treatment and two months after treatment,FMA motor function rating scale lower extremity component(FMA-L),Berg balance scale(BBS),and the functional ambulation category scale(FAC)were used for statistical analysis in the three groups.Results:(1)There was no statistical significance in BBS score,FMA-L score and FAC grade before treatment in the RFE group, the ILLRR group and the combination group(P>0.05),but there was statistical significance after treatment(P<0.05).(2)The BBS score,FMA-L score and FAC grade of the three groups before and after treatment were compared within the three groups, and the results showed that BBS score,FMA-L score and FAC grade were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)After treatment, the scores of patients in the combined group increased more significantly, and the efficacy was better than that in the RFE group and the ILLRR group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores between the RFE group and the ILLRR group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Repetitive Facilitative Exercise(Chuanping method),intelligent lower limb rehabilitation robot training and the combination of Repetitive Facilitative Exercise(Chuanping method)and intelligent lower limb rehabilitation robot training can significantly improve the lower extremity motor function, balance function and walking function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.2.In terms of improving the lower limb motor function, balance function and walking function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,Repetitive Facilitative Exercise(Chuanping method)combined with intelligent lower limb rehabilitation robot training is superior to the single application of Repetitive Facilitative Exercise(Chuanping method)or the single application of intelligent lower limb rehabilitation robot training, which can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
