Objective: This paper aims at the motion of the stroke hemiplegia disorder as the research object, through two aspects of literature research and clinical research on treatment of motor function of hemiplegia patients from two angles of traditional and modern rehabilitation rehabilitation.Through the manipulation of traditional rehabilitation exercise therapy combined with modern Chinese to treat stroke patients with motor impairment, observe the clinical curative effect, respectively and the modern movement therapy alone treatment and simple massage exercise treatment in patients with stroke dysfunction in control. To observe the difference of therapeutic effects between three groups, evaluate further clinical safety and effectiveness of this method,in order to provide more effective treatment methods for patients with motor function recovery guidance of rehabilitation treatment on the motor dysfunction in patients with hemiplegia. Methods: 90 patients met the inclusion criteria of patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into three groups, patients with stable vital signs: GCS score >8points;patients with ipsilateral upper limb muscle tension grade >0,and grade <4(using the Ashworth evaluation method of modified);muscle strength grade >0,and grade <5(Lovett0 ~ 5 manual muscle assessment method). The three groups were treated group(massage combined with modern exercise therapy),control group I(massage),control group II(modern exercise therapy),each group were selected in 30 cases of hemiplegia patients. Before treatment, the age, gender and GCS score of three groups were analyzed by chi square test and variance analysis, and there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).All of the selected cases were confirmed by the Chinese and foreign meridian types. In comparable premise, treatment group with massage combined with modern exercise therapy, the control group using massage therapy, the control group II by simple modern exercise therapy, before treatment and after 6 weeks and 12 weeks respectively for the 3 groups of patients with hemiplegia simplified Fugl-Meyer table(FMA),Barthel momentum index of motor function assessment, clinical efficacy criteria by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the difference between the 3 groups to score changes and treatment effect. Each treatment time was 40 min, once a day,6 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment. The treatment group compared with the control group I and control group II,that treatment of hemiplegic patients to treatment on motor function in patients with hemiplegia recovery than the two control groups of massage combined with modern sports, which suggests that the motor function can be better combined with massage therapy of modern exercise therapy to improve the patient's rehabilitation, showed that the treatment plan in the improvement of motor function of hemiplegia patients on more effective and feasible and practical. Results: the three groups before treatment were compared with age, gender and GCS score: the difference between the three groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),showed that the three groups were comparable.2 the three groups before and after treatment for 6 weeks,12 weeks after the FMA score,BI index and NIHSS score comparison: there was significant difference between three groups of data for 12 weeks before and 6 weeks after treatment,(P<0.01),shows three kinds of treatment methods can improve the motor function of stroke patients better. The comparison between three groups of FMA score and BI index and NIHSS score of3 to 12 weeks after 6 weeks of treatment, after treatment group and control group, treatment group 12 weeks after 6 weeks of treatment, the FMA score and Barthel index and NIHSS scores were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group and the control group II,12 weeks of treatment group after 6 weeks of treatment, the FMA score,BI index, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that massage combined with modern exercise therapy can better improve the motor function of hemiplegia patients. Conclusion: 1 the curative effect of massage combined with modern exercise therapy is superior to that of simple treatment. The modern movement therapy has synergistic effect on exercise in patients with treatment of hemiplegia dysfunction with 2 massage, can significantly reduce the stroke patients FMA score and BI index shows that treatment can significantly improve the motor dysfunction in patients with hemiplegia with modern massage movement,so it can improve the ability of daily life of patients with hemiplegia and self-care,work,learning,leisure and recreational activities.
