Clinical Observation On Curative Effect Of Piwei Peiyuan Pill In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Spleen Stomach Deficiency And Effect On Serum Gastrin

1.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of s Piwei Peiyuan pill in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with spleen stomach deficiency and its effect on serum gastrin.2.Methods This study was conducted in the second affiliated hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to December 2017.The 60 patients with spleen stomach deficiency type of CAG were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Piwei Peiyuan pill orally,and the control group was treated with Weifuchun tablets orally.After one course of treatment(three months as a course of treatment),symptoms,gastroscopy and pathological improvement of the two groups were observed,and serum Changes in gastrin G-17 values.3.Results The Piwei Peiyuan Pill was better than Weifuchun Tablet in gastroscopy score,gastric mucosal inflammation,glandular atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,and dysplasia score scores,P<0.05.The clinical effective rate was 90% better than that of gastric rejuvenation.73.33% of the spring tablets,P<0.05.In the effect of TCM syndromes in the two groups,the total effective rate of Piwei Peiyuan Pill with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was 90% better than that of Weifuchun tablets(70.00%),P<0.05.The Piwei Peiyuan Pills can significantly improve individual TCM syndromes,P<0.05;while Weifuchun Tablets also improve in fullness of stomach cramps,pain,poor appetite,poor appetite,vomiting and clear water,loose stools,and light mouth syndromes.P<0.05,but there was no significant improvement in the syndrome scores of fatigue and shortness of breath(P>0.05).The changes of serum gastrin G-17 levels in the two groups were compared between before and after treatment in the two groups,G-17 levels increased,P<0.05;while Piwei Peiyuan Pills were superior in the effect ofincreasing G-17 levels Weifuchun Tablets,P < 0.01.No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment period.4.Conclusion The Piwei Peiyuan Pill have good curative effect on treating spleen stomach deficiency type of CAG.The Piwei Peiyuan Pill can improve the gastroscopy and histopathology of the patients with CAG,and the level of serum gastrin G-17 is also significantly increased.The Piwei Peiyuan Pill have a certain reversal effect on the pathological changes of CAG;because the Piwei Peiyuan Pill prescription is mainly based on Yiqi Jianpi,it is in line with the pathogenesis of this disease,so it can effectively improve the patients' TCM syndromes;Obvious side effects and adverse reactions occurred,indicating that the Piwei Peiyuan Pill efficacy is safe and reliable.
