Clinical Observation Of Treating Functional Dyspepsia Of Deficiency Of Spleen And Stomach With Moxibustion Umbilical Cord

Objective:This topic to the spleen and stomach type cold functional dyspepsia patients respectively application isolation effect umbilical method between starch and method of treatment,compared two methods for TCM clinical symptom integral and the quality of Life Index of Gastrointestinal tract,Gastrointestinal Qality of Life Index,GIQLI)effect of differences in the effect of integral,analysis of isolation effect umbilical method treating spleen and stomach cold model of functional dyspepsia,which provides the effective basis for the clinical application of this method.Methods: A total of 60 patients enrolled from June 2020 to November2020 were randomly divided into two groups: the umbilical moxibustion group with medicine isolation and the umbilical moxibustion group with starch isolation,with 30 cases in each group.After two treatment cycles,the changes of TCM clinical symptom scores and GIQLI scores before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results:1.Changes of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:Medicine separation moxibustion umbilical moxibustion group could significantly improve the symptoms of epigastric dull pain or puffman,warm and warm,dull food,warm hands and feet,thin stools(P<0.01);Starch separation moxibustion on umbilical cord group could significantly improve the symptoms of warm and unwarm hands and feet(P<0.01);The total effective rate of TCM clinical symptoms between the two groups was higher in the moxibustion group(88.89%)than in the starch moxibustion group(57.69%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Changes in gastrointestinal quality of life: The GIQLI scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.01),and the differences in core symptom dimension,disease manifestation dimension and total score between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Medicine separation moxibustion on the umbilical cord can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type,improve the quality of life of patients,the efficacy is better than starch separation moxibustion on the umbilical cord.
