Objective:To observe the different effect on Acupointinjection combined with El ectro-acupuncture and Electro-acupuncture on Knee osteoarthritis, and to find more reliable teeatment on Knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Clinical 60 patients with met inclusion criteria of patients with Knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups for clinical observ ations; The first group (30 cases) gives simple Electro-acupuncture treatment, the second group (30 cases) gives Acupointinjection combined with Electro-a cupuncture treatment. Before and after treatment, all patients underwent clin ical symptom score assessment, data collection iscompleted, then the compa rison difference and correlation analysis.Results:According to medical statistics, two groups of gender, age, course of disease patients have no significant difference (P>0.05) with comparable. The treatment group before and after treatment VAS scores, using the latest data analysis, SPSS. V19.0 statistical software P<0.01, statistical significance. The treatment group before and after treatment, Lysholm scores, P<0.01, have statistical significance; the control group before and after the treatment, VAS scores, P<0.01, havestatistical significance; the control group before and after treatment, Lysholm scores, P<0.01, have statistical significance; it shows that the treatment group and control group is very goodfor the treatment of knee osteoarthritis have the effect. The total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.3%, control group total effective rate was80%, with the latest data analysis, SPSS. V19.0 statistical software P<0.05, statistical signify cance; comparison scores improved VAS scale before and after treatment in two groups, the paired samples t test, the results show that P<0.01, there was statistical significance in two groups before and after treatment; Lysholm scores improved by value comparison, paired samples t test, the results show that P<0.01, with statistical significance, indicating that the treatment group (bone, tendons acupoint injection combined with acupuncture group) thancontrol group (EA group) treatment.Conclusion:1.
