The Clinical Effect Of Bone Point,Tendons Point, Marrow Convergence Point Application In Lumber Disc Herniation

Lumber Disc Herniation(hereinafter referred to as LDH), is a clinical syndrome, the main clinical manifestations were low back pian, which belongs to the category of low back pain in traditional Chinese medicine, the main reason caused of low back pain are hepatic asthenia, kidney deficiency, and marrow deficiency,therefore, nourishing liver and kidney,strengthening tendons and bones, and nourishing the bone marrow is the main theory evidence.Objective:Objectively evaluate the clinical effect of bone point, tendons point, marrow convergence point application in Lumber Disc Herniation, in order to provide a new way to treat LDH.Method:Using randomized, single blind method, select60cases of LDH patients conform to the diagnostic criteria divides into two groups according to the random number table. The point application and needle warming moxibustion group (observation group)30cases and needle warming moxibustion group (control group)30cases, treatment for2periods. Evaluates by JOA and ODI before and after2courses of treatment.Results:There is no significant differences in sex, age, course of disease, the score of JOA,ODI on two balanced groups of comparison(P>0.05). In addition, two groups of patients in the score of JOA, ODI, after treatment compared with before treatment which is significant differences(P<0.05), two groups of the patients in the effect of JOA evaluation, the difference in ODI, after treatment compared with before treatment,the observation group was better than control group. Conelusion:Point application on bone point, tendons point, marrow convergence have a certain clinical effect for Lumber Disc Herniation.
