Moxibustion Is Point O Tired Muscle Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Purpose:Following a comparative analysis between moxibustion meridian through the tendons meridian Ashi point and moxibustion of traditional meridian on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, in order to research the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and provide a new direction, expand the clinic ideas and provide the basis of clinical treatment.Material and method:The patients were all from Chinese medicine clinic in the Zhongshan Dis trict, Dalian Mountains. Treated60cases met the inclusive criteria in patie nts with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group from the following points of selecting acupoints se lection:lower patellar,patellar, inner patellar, outer patellar, outer on pate lla patellar, infrapatellar,tibial condyle spine,tibial malleolus spine, Hedi ng ci,Chenggu ci, fibular head,Chengfeijian, Yanglingquan ci,Liaoliao ci,Xig uan ci,Yinling ci, Liaoxi ci, Ququan ci,Yingu ci,Weiyang ci,Heyang ci, outer H eyang, inner Heyang, Chengjin ci,Weizhong ci.The contrnner Heyang, Chengjin ci, Weizhong ci. The control group selected from the following points of acupoin t selection:Chengshan,Weiyang,Zusanli, internal and external knee eyes,Yinl ingquan, Yanglingquan and knee joint.(Nanyang Wolong by moxa factory product ion licensing pure chinese medicine moxibustion bar Henan drug machinery(Qu asi)word2003, No.2270007th)for circling moxibustion and sparrow-pecking mox ibust ion acupoint selection,each time6-8per acupoints with moxa, alternate ly,each for40minutes,once a day,5days as one treatment.2days of rest an d second courses of treatment,statistics efficacy in the treatment after4continuous courses. Statistics on the use of SPSS16.0software to carry on s tatistical analysis. Results:1. VAS results comparisons of two groups of patients before and after treatmentInspection by T, moxibustion meridian through the tendons moxibustion Ashi point and moxibustion of traditional meridian have significant differences in the previous and later treatment, both groups could improve the VAS score of the pain in knees.2. WOMAC scores comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatmentBefore treatment to the patients in two groups, the WOMAC scores of pain, stiffness, activities of daily living showed no significant differences (P>0.05), so with comparability. After treatment in two groups of patients, the WOMAC score of the treatment group compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01), suggesting that the effect of the treatment group is superior to control group.3. Function evaluation of knee joint before and after treatmentAfter the treatment,both the treatment group of moxibustion meridian tendons Ashi and the control group of moxibustion traditional acupuncture, two groups were significantly improved the function of knees, but comparison of symptoms after treatment, the treatment group was superior to control group.4. Curative effect comparison of the group two patients before and after treatmentAfter comparising the clinical efficacy, the treatment group had thirty-two cases, of which two cases were cured, fourteen cases showed little effect, and had twelve effective cases, four ineffective cases, but the total effective rate was87.50%. The control group of twenty-eight cases, one case were cured, ten cases had little effect, nine effective cases, eight ineffective cases, and the total effective rate was71.42%. This group of test adopted the methods of T inspection, with statistical significance after inspection (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Treatment group of Moxibustion through the meridian moxibustion Ashi point can alleviate the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.2. Treatment group of moxibustion through the meridian moxibustion Ashi point to alleviate pain and improve knee function in patients with knee oateoarthritis efficacy is significantly superior to control group of moxibustion of traditional meridian.3. The method is a way to expand clinical practice for TCM treatment of knee oateoarthritis because of simpleness and effectiveness.
