With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the growing popularity of the human resources management knowledge, job analysis and evaluation on the significance of human resource management has been widely recognised. However our country public hospital has the dual nature of the institutions and medical treatment, hospital post set up many problems and post evaluation system lagging behind, lead to specific jobs pay failed to match the positions and the actual value. Unreasonable evaluation system on the one hand may cause the pay gap between job and position between is too large, salary is much higher than post actual value; On the other hand, is likely to be the pay gap between jobs and jobs is too small, cannot arouse the enthusiasm of the employees’work, and is likely to cause the passage of a large number of outstanding employees. Especially in recent years, along with the advancement of medical system reform, improve the system of public hospital human resource management, formulate reasonable job analysis and evaluation system is particularly important.In the background of public hospitals, this study reviews the related literature at home and abroad. This paper expounds the position analysis and evaluation of the main content and method, combine the domestic current situation of the development of hospital industry adopted the practical solution.In detail XJX hospital, on the basis of current situation of the development of clear within the hospital on the job, clear the job name and number; Job analysis, prepare the complete job description; The feasible method, is adopted to define the post evaluation index system, and the post evaluation process and results are proposed. For hospitals, this study can solve the following problems:make a hospital employees do their job, clear its own responsibility, earnestly fulfill their work obligation; Make the hospital responsibilities of each position clear, as far as possible to reduce unnecessary cross, overlapping; Make the hospital qualifications of each position are available in the reference standard; For hospital treatment of salary distribution system to realize the match the post value provides the objective basis; For hospital performance evaluation to establish a scientific, fair and reasonable index system provides the necessary information. The results of this study for domestic similar public hospitals to establish a scientific and reasonable analysis and evaluation management system, enhance the competitiveness of the post salary, arouse the enthusiasm of medical personnel to provide the objective basis.
