Objective: To investigate the current status and the risk factors of chrornic cervic itis among the women who have sexual activityusing the new diagnostic standard. And to provide idears for clinical prevention and treatment of female cervicitis. Methods: We selected 840 women as the study subjects, who were see a doctor in obstetrics and gynecology clinic in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guang Xi Medical University from December 2014 to April 2015 for epidemiological investigation. Questionnaire interviews, measure the vaginal length under ultrasound, routine gynecological tests and lab test were performed for data collection. The grouping chi-square test、univariatelogisticregression analys is and multivariate non-conditional Logistic regression modles were used to analyze the influence factors of female chronic cervicitis.Results:(1)In this survey, now for 188 cases of chronic cervicitis, the incidence is 22.4%.(2) Results in the age group, the inc idence in 36-50 years old group is highest. Sexual frequency in more than three times a week, often in menstrual period sex, natural labor, history of each type of vaginal inflammation, history of CT/UU/NG infection, the history of feculent sexual life for male partner, the history of CT/UU/NG infection for male partner, abortion ≥three time, the poor cleaning and hygiene situation, both have the result that OR >1、P<0.05 in univariatelogisticregression analysis and multivariate non-conditional logistic regression modles.(3) Pregnanc ies, age of first sex, number of sex partners, long spouse wrappingallof male partner, whether to use condoms, history of cesarean, vaginal length has no obvious difference bitween groups.(4) Between length of vagina and chronic metritis correlation coeffic ient R = 0.008, P = 0.806 > 0.05, the single factor analysis of logistics OR = 1.025, P = 0.806 > 0.05.Conclusion:(1)There is alow rates of chronic cervic itis by using new diagnostic standard, for its high inc idence age 36 to 50 years old.(2) High sexual frequency, often in menstrual period sex, natural labor, history of each type of vaginal inflammation, history of CT/UU/NG infection, the history of feculent sexual life for male partner, the history of CT/UU/NG infection for male partner, abortion ≥three time, the poor cleaning and hygiene situation are risk factor for women suffering from chronic cervic itis.(3)Cultural level, work types, pregnanc ies, age of first sex, number of sex partners, long spouse wrappingallof male partner, whether to use condoms, history of cesarean, vaginal length had no significant effect on the occurrence of chronic cervic itis.(4)Vaginal length has no obvious correlation with the incidence of chronic cervicitis.
