The Clinial Observation Of Effects Of Yiqi Huashi Decoction Combining Xin Funing Treating On Chronic Cervicitis Merge HPV Infection

Objetives:Through the observation on the HPV infection’s treatment of Effects of Yiqi Huashi Decoction combining Xin funing, we offered more clinical reference for the treating on this disease.Methods:We chose40patients which were diagnosis as HPV positive’s chronic cervicitis. Those patients were divided into two teams randomly, called treating-team, called comparing-team. There were20patients in each team, treating-team:since the thied day after menstrual, took one piece of chinese medicine, then plugged the vagina with Xin funing once two day for3courses, each course lasted15days. comparing-team:since the thied day after menstrual, plugged the vagina with Xin funing once two day for3courses. Using the control between the groups and self-control method to do the efficacy analysis.Result:1. The treatment of Effects of Yiqi Huashi Decoction combining Xin funing on chronic cervicitis with HPV infection had a significant effect, the total effective rate was95%.2. The HPV conversion rate of treating-team was65%, comparing- team was30%.3. The treatment of Effects of Yiqi Huashi Decoction combining Xin funing on chronic cervicitis with HPV infection’s TCM symptoms had a significant effect. Compare treating-team’s points with comparing-team had significant difference (P<0.01),4. Xin funing decoction of Chinese medicine for the therapy of cervical localized disease significantly, especially for cervical erosion, improved clinical signs score before and after treatment there was significant difference (P=0.001, P<0.05)5. Safty observation:There was no significent change in the regular tests, liver and kidney function test, ECG, ect. So long, there was no adverse events.Concluds:Xin funing combining the chinese medicine decoction had a significant efficacy on treatment of chronic cervicitis merger HPV infection, can significantly improve clinical symptoms and improve the HPV negative conversion rate and few complications, low cost, more effective than single suppository, the clinical application of safe and reliable, no obvious adverse events.
