The Clinical Efficacy Of Liang Xue Jie Du Pill In The Treatment On Blood Heat Dampness Type Of Eczema And Impact On Eosinophils

Objective: To observer the clinical effects of liang xue jie du Pill in the treatment on blood heat dampness type of eczema, and through the test of absolute value of Peri Pheral blood eosinophils before and after the treatment to understand the impacts on absolute value of Peripheral blood eosinophils of Patients with this type under the treatment of liang xue jie du Pill. Methods: 67 Patients with blood heat dampness type of eczema were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. the experimental group of 34 cases were given liang xue jie du pill; the control groups of 33 cases were given ebastine tablets. Both groups were used chuanbaizhiyang lotion.4 weeks is 1 course of treatment;.Follow-up observation record 1 times a week, and after the treatment curative effect judgment. Results:1.The significant efficiency of experimental group was 61.76%,while the control group was 33.33%,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);2.The total efficiency of experimental group was 91.17%, while the control group was 84.85%, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)3.After treatment, the absolute value of Peripheral eosinophil in the two groups dropped than before, but comparison within or between the two groups, there were no statistically significant differences(P > 0.05);4.Continue following-up 6 months after treatment, the recurrence rate of the experimental group was11.11%, and 40.00% in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).;5.The adverse reaction were not founded both the experimental group and the control group.
