Clinical Observation Of Qushi Ningfu Decoction Atomization In The Treatment Of Eczema(Dampness-heat Accumulation Skin Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of atomization on eczema by Qushi Ningfu Decoction(dampness-heat accumulation skin type).Methods: Among the patients who went to the dermatology departments of Hanan Branch of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to January 2022,choosing 70 patients with eczema(dampness-heat accumulation skin type)who met the inclusion criteria of this subject as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into either a treatment group or a control group,35 patients per group.Qushi Ningfu Decoction was administered to the patients of treatment group,and the patients were treated by ultrasonic atomization once a day.While the Compound Cortex Phellodendri liquid Coating was administered to the patients of the control group,and the patients were treated by ultrasonic atomization once a day.What’s more,all the research objects took orally one tablet of Desloratadine Citrate Desodium Tablets once a day.The study observed two courses of treatment continuously(taking one week as a course of treatment).And recording the changes of patients’ skin lesion area score,EASI score and pruritus score in three phases of pre-treatment,being after the first course of treatment and being after the second course of treatment.After processing the data by SPSS22.0,the study analyzes and contrasts the differences between the two groups.Results:1.Before the treatment,there was no statistical difference in scores between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treating for one week,there were statistically significant differences in scores between the two groups(P<0.05);Compared with those before treatment,there were statistically significant differences in scores of the two groups respectively within the group.(P<0.05).3.After treating for two weeks,there were statistically significant differences in scores between the two groups(P<0.05);Compared with those before treatment,there were statistically significant differences in scores of the two groups respectively within the group.(P<0.05).4.The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were90.91% and 75.00% respectively.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The atomization treatment of Qushi Ningfu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with eczema(dampness-heat accumulation skin type).2.The atomization treatment effect of Qushi Ningfu Decoction is better than that of Compound Cortex Phellodendri liquid Coating.
