The Expression And Correlation Of IL-10,VEGF And TLR4 In Ovarian Endometriosis

Objective Through the detection of interleukin 10?Interleukine-10,IL-10?,vascular endothelial growth factor?vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF?,toll-like receptor 4?Toll-like receptors 4,TLR4?in patients with ovarian endometriosis?endometrium,EMT?of ectopic endometrium tissue of the expression,discusses IL-10,VEGF,TLR4 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis in the correlation.Methods Choice in January 2017-December 2018 clinic in our hospital gynecologic laparoscopic surgery treatment of 60patients with ovarian endometriosis as experimental group,and according to the proposed according to the American fertility association"correction endometriosis in installment method"will be in stages according to the progress of the disease patients,15 cases with stage I,stage II respectively 15 cases,15 cases were phase III,15 cases with stage IV,taken by selecting in intraoperative ovarian endometriosis cyst of the thecal sac:ectopic endometrium tissue specimens.In the control group,AUB?AUB-O?caused by local abnormalities of endometrium and AUB?AUB-E?associated with abnormal uterine bleeding during ovulation and endometrial hyperplasia were selected from 30 relatively normal female endometrial tissues in our hospital during the same period due to other reasons,and confirmed by postoperative pathology.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IL-10,VEGF and TLR4 in the intimal tissues of the two groups.The results were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.Results?1?The expressions of IL-10,VEGF and TLR4 in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P_IL-10<0.001,P_VEGF<0.0001,P_TLR4<0.0001).?2?The expression of IL-10,VEGF and TLR4 in the experimental group increased with the increase of disease stage(P_IL-10<0.0001,P_VEGF<0.0001,P_TLR4<0.0001).?3?There was a positive correlation between IL-10 and VEGF expression in the experimental group?rs=0.544,P<0.0001?;VEGF was correlated with TLR4 expression,showing a positive pairwise correlation?rs=0.442,P<0.0001?.IL-10 was also correlated with TLR4 expression,presenting a pairwise positive correlation?rs=0.446,P<0.0001?.Conclusions?1?The positive expressions of IL-10,VEGF and TLR4 in patients with ovarian endometriosis are significantly higher than those in normal endometrium,suggesting that the three are closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian endometriosis.?2?The positive expression levels of IL-10,VEGF and TLR4 all increased with the increase of disease stage,suggesting that the positive levels of the three can better reflect the severity of ovarian endometriosis and help to clarify the development stage of the disease.?3?The expression of endometriosis in different stages of ovarian endometriosis was positively correlated with each other.These results suggest that the three may synergistically promote the occurrence and development of ovarian endometriosis.
