The Clinical Effect Of Eight Methods Of Intelligent Turtle (Ling Gui Ba Fa) Open Hole Acupuncture Treating The Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle (ling gui ba fa) treating the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, explore a kind of reliable curative effect, easy to operate acupuncture treatment for this disease.Methods:Selected 60 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Adopt the method of randomized controlled divided them into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Treatment group acupoint selection:Houxi, Shenmai (Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle); Control group acupoint selection:Houxi, Shenmai (Fixed time). Once every 2 days,10 times for a period of treatment, the treatment include one period of treatment. The symptoms of patients before treatment and after treatment of 1 course function evaluation of before treatment, after treatment for the first time, after the last treatment and compared the pain points, using statistical software SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis of the data, observe the patient’s pain relief and symptoms, functional recovery.Results:1.The two groups in gender, age, pain intensity, the Japanese scholar Tianzhongjingjiu point out 20 points on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type the method of scale, visual grading analogy method (VAS) score which have no statistical difference (P> 0.05);2. For the first time after treatment, the pain score between the two group comparison (P< 0.05), the results showed that the treatment group’s instant effect of analgesia was better than the control group;3. After the end time treatment, the pain score comparison between the two groups (P< 0.05), prompted after one courses of treatment, the treatment group of the long-term effect of analgesia was better than the control group;4. After one course of treatment, two groups’symptoms, functional integral comparison (P <0.05), the result indicated that the treatment group in improving the patient’s symptoms and function was better than the control group.5.After 1 courses of treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group was 93.33%,control group total effective rate was 83.33%; the results were statistically processed with significant difference (P<0.05), showed that the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1. The Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle (ling gui ba fa) open hole acupuncture can rapidly improve the state of the patient’s pain, and has less side effects, patients suffered less pain, and more security, etc.2. The Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle (ling gui ba fa) open hole acupuncture and acupuncture in fixed time all can improve the signs and symptoms of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, have certain curative effect to alleviate the pain of patients’ symptoms, but accept the Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle (ling gui ba fa) open hole acupuncture treatment work faster, early pain relief effect is better, the long-term analgesic effect and overall curative effect is superior than the control group.
