Clinical Research Of Modified Zhizhu Ermiao Decoction In The Treatment Of Damp Heat Type Of Senile Functional Constipation

Objeetive:Based on the index of the first defecation time and the symptoms integral period,we devoted ourselves to investigate the effect of Zhizhu Decoction on clinical efficacy insolving Ermiao damp heat type senile functional constipation and taken the Mosapride as the control group.Method:Will meet the inclusion criteria of the 60 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There are 30 patients in each group.The principle treatment of treatment group clearing heat and dampness,spleen catharsis.The treatment group therapy:citrusaurantium 10g, white atractylodes rhizome 30g, phellodendron 12g, atractylodes 6g,hemp seed 15g,trichosanthes kirilowii 15g,almond 9g, coix seed 20g,2ti mes of water decocting medicine, take juice 500ml, divided 2 times clothes.Posttreatment, the clinical effects were observed on first days,5 day,10 day and 15 day.The control group with oral administration of mosapride citrate,5mg each time,3 times a day.The clinical effects were observed on the first day,5 day,10 day and 15 day after take pills.Two groups of patients were required to establish a reasonable diet and living habit s, such as take more vegetables, fruits and coarse grains, take slidemass food,get less hyperactivity and nurturance the habit of daily defecate.Results:There are no significant difference in gender and the course of disease after statistical analysis.1.After statistical analysis,the differences between the treatment group and the control group on the first defecation time after treatment,p<0.05,it showed that the there is a significant difference on the first defecation time between the two groups of patients.2.After statistical analysis,the differences between the treatment group and the control group on the medication after 15 days and the symptom integral on the first day after treatment,p<0.05, the result of statistical analysis indicated that after 15 days of treatment, the symptom scores were better than the first day on both group; 3.After statistical analysis,the differences between the treatment group and the control group on the symptom improvement rate afterl5 days, p<0.05,it showed that the treatment group is better than the control group on the symptom improvement rate after 15 days.4. Adverse drug reaction were not found in both groups.Conclusion:1.Addition and subtraction of Zhizhu Decoction is better than mosapride on the first defecation time for treating damp heat type Ⅱ Senile Functional Constipation.2. Addition and subtraction of Zhizhu Decoction is better than mosapride on the symptom improvement rate for treating damp heat type Ⅱ Senile Functional Constipation,the curative effect to be clear conveniently..
