Objective:Cervical vertigo is a common clinica ldisease, and its clinical manifestation is complicated. It is often confused with spine surgery,Department of internal medicine, Department of Neurosurgery, Department of Ophthalmology, neurological department of ENT and a number of clinically relevant professional disease symptoms, easily lead tomisdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. The etiology and pathogenesisof cervical vertigo is not fully elucidated, diagnosis standard is not unified, the clinical treatment of various methods, partial patient is lack of accurate and effectivemeans of treatment, patients consider able poor or recurrent symptoms, therefore, further explore the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical vertigo,it is of great significance to explore a thepathogenesis of effective therapeutic approaches. Method:Collection of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Laiwu city in March 2013 ~ March 2014 to neurology clinic patients with vertigo of 136 cases, patients with diagnostic criteria for headache, head dazed, paroxysmal or transient dizziness, nausea, blurred vision, tinnitus, transient tachycardia, high blood pressure, cold limbs, sweat less, head and neck or facial numbness, ptosis, bradycardia and hypotension, etc., and the occurrence of the above symptoms have obvious relationship with the neck activity; All were given cervical MRI and cranial MRA and neck cervical mouth, side position piece examination. Using the U.S.GE 1.5 T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) machine and the supplementary of 8 channel head and neck coil, analysis the basic condition of the vertebral- basilar artery and the degree of pathological changes, the stability of the cervical spine, and the status of the intervertebral disc, used SPSS16.0 statistical software to analyze data processing. Result:1.136 patients with vertigo, vertebral-basilar artery disease(including congenital and acquired) in 79 cases, accounting for 58.09%; cervical instability in 32 cases, accounting for 23.53%, 25 cases of cervical intervertebral disc pathological, accounting for 18.38%.2. All vertigo patients, 68 cases of vertebral artery factors, <30 years of age one case, three cases of patients aged 30- 40 years old to 6 patients, aged 50 to 17 patients, aged 60 to 26 patients, 16 patients aged 70 ~ cases,> 10 cases of 80-year-old patient, disc disease in 38 cases, <30 years old 5 cases, 8 patients aged 30- 40 years old- 5 patients, aged from 50 to 6 patients, 4 patients 60 years old, 70 years old ~ 3 patients,> 80 years old patient with cervical instability in 30 patients <30 years of age two cases, 30-year-old to 5 patients, aged 40 to 7 patients, 5 patients 50 years old, 60 years old patient 3 cases, 2 patients aged 70-> 80-year-old patient with,, <30 were significant differences in age by chi-square test 0.01 for each group of patients.3. All patients with vertigo,79 cases of patients with vertebrobasilar lesions, 40 males and 28 females; cervical instability in 38 cases, 21 males and 17 females; disc disease accounted for 30 cases, 17 males and 13 females. In vertebral- basilar artery lesions of cervical vertigo, male ratio was significantly higher than the female rate by chi-square test, P <0.01 statistically significant difference in cervical disc disease and cervical vertigo unstable lesions, female patient ratio is higher than male patients, but no significant difference, integrated all causes, cervical vertigo patients had no statistically significant differences in gender. Conclusion:1.Vertebral basilar artery is the main cause of cervical vertigooccurrence2.No correlation between sex and occurrence of cervical vertigo3.Positive correlation between age and occurrence of cervical vertigo,Disc is a major cause of youth cervical vertigo...
