Clinical Obseryation Of Xiao Feng San Increase And Decrease Combined With Ebastine Tablets For Treating Urticaria Of Wind-heat Type

ObjectiveUsing xiao feng san increase and decrease combined with ebastine tablets for treating urticaria of wind-heat type to evaluate the number of urticaria,the symptoms of urticaria fading away completely,efficacy,recurrence rate and adverser reaction comprehensively,analyze and investigate its advantage and therapeutic efficacy.MethodsThe 63 patients with urticaria were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group had 32 cases,using xiao feng san increase and decrease combined with ebastine tablets.Control group had 31 cases,using ebastine tablets.The courses were two weeks,we observed curative efficacy after 7 days then observed after 14 days,two times in total.Comparing urticaria activity score(UAS score),the quality of life(DLQI) before and after the treatment of the two groups, yet he number of urticaria,the symptoms of urticaria fading away completely,the clinical efficacy,paying attention to the adverse reaction during the process of the treatment and recurrence rate of one month and three months after treatment.Finally,applying SPSS18.0 software for data to analyze.Results(1)The urticaria activity score,the quality of life score,the number of urticaria and itching score of two groups had no statistical difference among two groups before the treatment(P>0.05),compared before and after,the latter had significantly better than the former(P<0.01).However,the quality of life score,itching score,the number of urticaria score,efficacy of two groups had several difference between after 7 days and after 14days(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the urticaria activity score and the quality of life score of two groups after 7 days,the two groups had statistical difference(P<0.01).The disease curative efficacy of two groups had no difference after 7 days(P>0.05).(3)Compared with the urticaria activity score,the quality of life,the number of urticaria and itching score of two groups after 14 days, two groups had difference(P<0.05).The disease curative efficacy of two groups had difference after 14 days.(P<0.05).The treatment group all had better than the control group.(4)Comparison of the symptom of patient,s used time fading away completely:The time used of treatment group was 6.96±2.90 days;The time used of control group was8.95±3.73 days;The two groups had several difference(P<0.05).This suggested that time used in the treatment group to improve the symptoms of patients was better than the control group.(5)The cases of two groups, adverse reaction distribution had no difference in the courses(P>0.05).(6)The recurrence rate of two groups had no difference in one month(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of two groups had no difference in three months(P>0.05). This suggested that recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than the control group.ConclusionXiao feng san increase and decrease combined with ebastine tablets for treating urticaria of wind-heat type had curative efficacy,better than ebastine tablets group in itching、the number of urticaria and dermatology life quality,a low recurrence rate,and had no obvious adverse reaction.So xiao feng san increase and decrease combined with ebastine tablets for treating urticaria of wind-heat type is worthy of further application in clinical.
