The Clinical Researth On Using Qing Jie Tang Totreate Active Psoriasis Vulgaris Of Blood-Heat Pattern

Objective:To observed clinical efficacy of Qing Jie Tang in the treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris (blood-heat pattern).Methods:Select the60cases of patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris(blood-heat pattern), randomly divided into two groups, treatment group of30cases, gives them Qing Jie Tang; compare group of30cases, give them the capsule of compound Qing Dai, after treatment for8weeks in a row, observe the effect by comparing before and after treatment in PASI score by SPSS17.0software statistical analysis.Results:Effective rate of treatment group is73.33%, compare group effective rate is43.33%.There are significance differences between treatment group and compare group.Conclusion:Qing Jie Tang and the capsule of compound Qing Dai can treat Psoriasis Vulgaris (blood-heat pattern) efficiently,but efficacy of Qing Jie Tang is superior to the capsule of compound Qing Dai.1.Qing Jie Tang can significantly reduce blood-heat syndrome of Psoriasis Vulgaris in area, erythema, infiltration and infiltration, its effect is superior to the capsule of compound Qing Dai;2. Qing Jie Tang for treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris(blood-heat pattern) is effective methods, there is clinical stability, no significant side effects during treatment.
