The Effect Of Psychological Defense Mechanism And The Expression Of Cykokines Related Of P38MAPK/Th17 Signaling Pathway On Long Dan Xie Gan Tang Adjusted Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective 1.To evaluate clinical effect and security of Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted treating psoriasis vulgaris of the blood heat syndrome.2.To diseuss the characteristics and effect of psychological defense mechanism on Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.3.To study expression level of the p38MAPK/Th17 signal ing pathway related genes of IL-6?IL-8?IL-17?IL-22?IL-23 and TGF-? in peripheral blood of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris of the blood heat syndrome;4.To observe the intervention of p38MAPK/Th17 signaling pathway related genes of the patients with psorasis vulgaris and explore targets for the treatment of the disease;5.To study the psychological defense mechanism if there is a correlation with the genes.Methods Clinical observation:80 cases of psoriasis vulgaris patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group 42 cases,Long Dan Xie Gan Tangr adjusted Oral,control group of 38 patients,Xiaoy in Grain Oral,all topical vaseline,treatment for 8 weeks.Integral changes were observed in patients.And the two groups of patients before and after treatment,psychological defense investigation.Experimental research:To detect expression level of p38MAPK genes and protein in skin lesions of the patierts with psoriasis vugaris and healtht skin with PCR and immunohistochemical staining method.And to detect expression level of genes related Thl7 in peripheral blood of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris and healthy with ELISA.Relational research:To analyze the psychological defense mechanism if there is a correlation with the genes of p38MAPK in skin lesions and IL-6?IL-8?IL-17?IL-22?IL-23 and TGF-? in peripheral blood of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris of the blood heat syndrome.Results Clinical observation:1.The clinical effect of before and after treatment by Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted:the effective rate after the 8 weeks' treatment,the experimental group' s was 76.19%and the control group' s was 44.74%,with significant difference(p<0.01).2.The Integral of before and after treatment by Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted:the integral after the 8 weeks' treatment,with significant difference(p<0.01).The integral difference after treatment,with significant difference(p<0.05).3.Safety evaluation and recurrence rate:two groups of cases healed 1 months recurrence rates were 7.14%and 26.32%respectively,with significant.difference(p<0.01).two groups of occurrence of adverse reactions mainly forstomachache and pruritus,and patients can tolerate,no special treatment ard no impact on treatment.4.psychological defense mechanism:Compared on the average scores with two group,with significant difference(p<0.05).The average scores on the patients with the different ages,marriage,the degree of education and job compared,with significant difference(p<0.01).After treatment,the situation of psychological defense mechanism of patients all was improved.Experimental research:Compared with health control group,the expression level of p38MAPK genes and protein on patients of psoriasis has significant difference(p<0.05,p<0.01)with PCR and immunohistochemical staini ng method.Compared with health control group,The contents of IL-6?IL-8?IL-17?IL-22?IL-23 and TGF-? in peripheral blood of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris has significant difference(p<0.01)with ELISA.After 8 weeks' treatment by Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted,the contents of factor in peripheral blood of the patients with psoriasis were significantly falling(p<0.01).The expression of p38MAPK in skin lesions was related with the six factors in peripheral blood,and related with the scores of PASI.Relational research:Before the treatment,the psychological defense mechanism was related with the genes of p38MAPK in skin lesions and the level of IL-6?IL-8?IL-17?IL-22?IL-23 and TGF-? in peripheral blood of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris of the blood heat syndrome.After the treatment,the psychological defense mechanism was related with the level of IL-6?IL-17?IL-23 and TGF-?,and hadn' t relation with the level of IL-8?IL-22 in peripheral blood of the patients.Conclusion 1.Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted treatment the patients of psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome is better in curative effect,good safety,and low recurrencce rale.2.The psychological defense survey shows thtat pcatieents chosen immature defense mechanisms and the frequency is higher than th cother three defense mechanisms.And Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted has positive impact on the patients' psychological defense mechanism.3.Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted can reduce the expression of IL-6?IL-8?IL-17?IL-22?IL-23 and TGF ? with psoriasis vulgaris peripheral blood.4.Before the treatment,the psychological defense mechanism was related with the genes Of p38MAPK in skin lesions and the level of IL-6?IL-8?IL-17?IL-22?IL-23 and TGF-? in peripheral blood of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris of the blood heat syndrome.5.p38MAPK/Thl7 signaling pathway may be the side treatment of blood heat with psoriasis vulgaris work sites.
