Clinical Curative Effect And The IL-6R/STAT3 Signaling Pathway On Long Dan Xie Gan Tang Adjusted Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris With Attention Deficit

Objective 1. To evaluate Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted treatment and security of the blood heat syndrome with psoriasis vulgaris.2. To study the IL-6R/STAT3 signaling pathway related genes in peripheral blood heat syndrome patients with psoriasis vulgaris expression level; to observe Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted treatment to blood heat syndrome with psoriasis vulgaris in IL-6R/STAT3 signaling pathway related genes of intervention and explore targets for the treatment of the disease.Methods 1.Clinical observation: 35 cases of blood heat syndrome patients with psoriasis vulgaris with Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted treatment, compared with control group, observed 8 weeks after treatment the PASI score, adverse reaction, recurrence rate, etc.2. Experiment study: set up the healthy controls, detecte the expression of patients with psoriasis vulgaris peripheral blood leukocyte IL-6R, JAK2, STAT3, CD80,CCL5, find out the differentially expressed genes with the rt-pcr method. 3. The differentially expressed g e n e s e x p r e s s i o n a f t e r 8 w e e k s t r e a t m e n t w i t h t h e r t- p c r m e t h o d.Results 1.Treatment before and after PASI score improvement by Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted: 8 weeks after treatment, compared with the the control group, treatment group’s PASI score significantly decreased(P<0.05). 2. Treatment before and after curative effect evaluation by Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted: the effective rate after the 8 weeks’ treatment, the experimental group’s was 85.71% and the control group’s was 64.00%, with significant difference(P<0.05). 3. Safety evaluation: two groups of occurrence of adverse reactions mainly for thin shit and number increase, the incidence of treatment group was 14.29%, control group was 12.00%, and patients can tolerate, no special treatment and no impact on treatment.4. The recurrence rate: two groups of cases healed 6 months recurrence rates were 11.76% and 14.29% respectively.4. Rt-pcr test results: disease group compared with control group, IL-6R, STAT3, CD80 and CCL5 expression level, with significant difference(P<0.05);No obvious changes in the expression of JAK2, with no significant difference(P>0.05).5. Compared with before treatment, patients’ IL-6R, STAT3, CD80 and CCL5 are falling, with significant difference(P<0.05) after 8 weeks’ treatment of Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted.Conclusion 1. Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted treatment of blood heat with psoriasis vulgaris is better in curative effect, good safety, and low recurrence rate.2. IL-6R, STAT3, CD80 and CCL5 may participate in the blood with psoriasis vulgaris heat disease process.3. IL-6R has made an effect on STAT3, and it is possibly achieved in different ways of other members of JAK or other routes but not JAK2. 4. Long Dan Xie Gan Tang adjusted can reduce the expression of IL-6R, STAT3, CD80 and CCL5 with psoriasis vulgaris peripheral blood.5. IL-6R/STAT3 signaling pathway may be the side treatment of blood heat with psoriasis vulgaris work sites, one of CD80 and CCL5 may for the role of the downstream targets.
