With the rapid development of the human society, health is not just a reaction on the physiological, it is a intact state of physical, mental and social adaptation. At the same time, with the biomedical model change to the bio-psycho-social of the medical model, the role of psychosocial factors in disease increasingly important by therapist. Studies of patients with skin diseases, especially their psychological conditions are too much. Medicine, psychology and other disciplines have do such research without social work. This article, I will go to explore the psychological pressure of hospitalized patients with skin diseases, understanding professional intervention is necessary and whether to play a positive role in the development of the field of practice for social work.In this study, my objects are patients who hospitalized in H hospital frome November2011to January2012, I first measured by questionnaires and in-depth interviews to study the problem of hospitalized patients with skin diseases whether there is psychological pressure, and then direct to the existing problems to design intervention plans, analysis the effects of interventions to draw conclusions.This study is divided into six parts, the first part is an introduction, mainly describes the background of the problem, the object of study, research content and purpose, significance, research methods and research ideas; Second part is the review of literature, in this part I do the definition of key concepts, review of the relationship between skin diseases and psychological pressure the influencing factors, decompression intervention model related literature; the third part is the research methods about the research questions, study design, data collection methods, assessment methods and the research process The fourth part is the research finding, including assessment and analysis of hospitalized patients with skin diseases mental state, the whole process from the design of the intervention program, select the mode of intervention to intervention implementation and evaluation; The fifth part of is the discussion and recommendations, in this part, I would put forward useful suggestions, summarized the shortcomings and limitations of the study; part vi summarized the conclusions of this study.
