Objective:investigation of depression in patients with gynecological malignant tumor and analyze its related factors, to provide clinical basis for clinical psychological intervention. Methods:from May1,2013to October31,2013in xinjiang tumor hospital all by pathological diagnosis and treatment of patients with gynecological malignant tumor, includes the general status table, SDS depression scale, EORTC life quality scale, coping style scale, through the questionnaire survey to collect clinical data of113patients with gynecological malignant tumor, analysis of SDS score and quality of life, the relationship between the factors such as the ways to cope. Choose SPSS17.0software package for statistical analysis. Results:the gynecological malignant tumor patients the incidence of depression was57.9%, SDS depression score and age, national has nothing to do, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);Marital status, educational level, family income, source of medical costs and tumor stage don’t positively correlated; Negative correlation with cancer patients to take active coping styles, and negative coping styles were positively correlated, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).And quality of life scale function in the field of negatively correlated with cognitive and social functions, and character, emotion, and other functions were positively correlated, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05);With symptoms, anorexia, fatigue, nausea and vomiting in the field of economic difficulties and other factors were positively correlated; And total health factor has significant negative correlation, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:the gynecologic malignant tumor patients with depression and marital status, educational level, family income, source of medical costs and don’t related to tumor stage, and negative coping ways and the decline in overall health.
