Purpose:Through investigating general data,anxiety,depression and social support conditions of gynecological malignant tumor patients,to describe the distribution situations of anxiety and depression emotions of patients with gynecological malignant tumor,and analyze of the main influence factors,to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice,to improve the patients psychological condition and the quality of survival,prolong patient survival time,also provide scientific basis for preoperative psychological intervention.Materials and Methods:The research objects are patients with gynecological malignant cancer that were treated in Three A Grade hospital of Changchun from July 1,2016 to July 31,2017.The author adopt the method of face to face interview and look up to the illness record for cancer patients that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the questionnaire include general situation survey,social support rating scale(SSRS),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD).In the end,we have got 455 effective questionnaires.After that,the author adopted Epi Data3.0 to retype the data,and using SPSS20.0software for statistical description,single factor analysis of anxiety and depression and multivariate linear regression analysis.Results:1.Basic Situation of the Research Object(1)The social sociodemographic characteristics of research object: the age of research objects ranged from 21 to 81 years old,the average age was(51.03±9.96)years old,394 married people(86.59%),258 people of secondaryeducation and below(56.71%),197 people of physical labor(43.30%),215 people live in urban area(47.25%),180 people of new rural cooperatives medical service(39.56%),family per capita monthly income: 247 people less than 3000 yuan/m(54.29%).(2)The clinical data and information characteristics of the research object: 218 people of cervical cancer(47.91%),106 people of ovarian cancer(23.31%),231 people has received gynecological cancer radical operation(50.77%);the number of chemotherapy ranges from 0~47 times,the average number of chemotherapy was(2.58±4.10)times.2.Social Support Condition of the Research ObjectAmong the research object,37 people(8.13%)could receive general social support,418 people received satisfying social support(91.87%).The total score of social support was(39.09±0.24).3.The Anxiety and Depression Condition of Research Object(1)The average score of anxiety scale was(9.91±2.77),204 patients with suspicious symptoms,and 165 patients with definite symptoms,respectively accounting for 44.84% and 36.26%.(2)The average score of depression scale was(12.21±3.17),114 patients with suspicious symptoms,315 patients with definite symptoms,respectively accounting for25.05% and 69.24%.4.Single Factor Analysis of Anxiety and Depression on Patients(1)There was a difference in anxiety scores between patients with ethnic group,work status,nature of work,education,family income,health insurance type,diagnosis result,sleep quality,primary understanding of gynecological diseases,the number of chemotherapy(P<0.05).(2)There was a difference in anxiety scores between patients with working status,nature of work,place of residence,marital status,educational level,family income,health insurance type,diagnosis result,sleep quality,primary understanding of gynecological diseases,number of chemotherapy(P<0.05).5.The multivariate linear regression analysis of Factors Affecting on the Anxiety and Depression State of Patients(1)There were differences in anxiety scores among different patients with initial understanding of the disease,sleep situation,chemotherapy frequency and diagnosis(P<0.05).(2)There were differences in anxiety scores among patients with different cultural degrees,and patients with marital status,sleep status,number of chemotherapy(P<0.05).(3)The three dimensions of social support and social support score were negatively correlated with anxiety and depression(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.The anxiety and depression of the respondents situation among the 455 patients who we had surveyed was a higher incidence.2.The primary understanding,sleep quality,the number of chemotherapy and the diagnosis results as a indicator of anxiety,showed statistical significance in multivariate analysis.3.The educational level,marital status,sleep quality and the number of chemotherapy as a indicator of depression,showed statistical significance in multivariate analysis.4.The three dimensions of social support and social support score has a negative correlation on the influence of anxiety and depression scores of research objects.
