| Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma and the expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues in patients with advanced malignant tumors. Methods: Forty patients with advanced malignant tumors who have been tested for the expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissue by immunohistochemistry(IHC)were selected.Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)was used to detect the expression of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma. Then analyze the correlation between the expression of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma and the expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues in patients with advanced malignant tumors. Results: In patients with advanced malignant tumors, the positive rate of the expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues and the expression of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma of patients with lung malignant tumors are both higher than that in patients with malignant tumors of the digestive tract.T-test showed that the expression concentration of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma in patients with gastric cancer was not significantly different in patients with negative and positive expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues(P=0.491).T-test showed that the expression concentration of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma in patients with colorectal cancer was not significantly different in patients with negative and positive expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues(P=0.557).T-test showed that the expression concentration of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma in patients with lung adenocarcinoma was not significantly different in patients with negative and positive expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues(P=0.173).T-test showed that the expression concentration of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma in patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma was not significantly different in patients with negative and positive expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues(P=0.977).χ2 test showed that there was no significant correlation between the expression of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma and the expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues in patients with advanced malignant tumors(χ2 =1.616;P=0.204).χ2test showed that there was no significant correlation between the expression of PD-L1 inexosome isolated from plasma and the expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues in patients with digestive tract malignancies(χ2=1.832;P=0.176).χ2 test showed that there was no significant correlation between the expression of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma and the expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues in patients with lung malignancies(χ2 = 0.235;P=0.627).Conclusion: There was no significant correlation between he expression of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma and the expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues. It indicate that the expression of PD-L1 in exosome isolated from plasma in patients with malignant tumors was not consistent with the expression of PD-L1 in tumor tissues. |
