ObjectiveRotary observed suppression of liver and spleen uneasiness of mind Treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, liver and spleen deficiency clinical efficacy and change of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in a patient’s mental condition.MethodsThe study is divided into two parts:The first part reviewed the research progresses of pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in Westen and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Clinical research, included diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,60cases of patients with liver spleen, using randomized controlled study, the treatment group taking traditional Chinese medicine, the control group pinaverium bromide (Dicetel) treatment. Records and statistics before and after treatment groups were the main clinical symptom, the symptom score and mental condition, and the data were statistically analyzed before and after treatmentResultsIn this study,60patients,28males and32females, the youngest21years old, the biggest in62years, mean age39.20±9.15years old. Two groups of patients before treatment, gender, age distribution, the main clinical symptoms, symptom scores were no significant differences (P>0.05).We also find before and after treatment,both groups of patientscan improve diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloating symptoms(P<0.05),patientsin the experimental group to anxiety,threat of inflation, eat less obvious improvement of symptoms(P>0.05).groups can improve the mental status of patients(P<0.05).Treatment group improved abdominal pain,diarrhea efficacy and considerable experimental group(P>0.05),improve bloating than the control group(P<0.05);treatment groupimproved patientanxiety,threat of inflation, eat less symptomatic improvement was better than the experimental group(P<0.05),for the poor stool symptoms improved considerably with the experimental group(P>0.05);treatment group to improve themental condition of the patient than the experimental group(P<0.05).ConclusionTreating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome by Yi Gan fu Pi Yang Xin an shen can result in outstanding clinical efficacy. |
