The Clinical Research Of Yiqi Jianpi Combined With SOX Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Advanced Gastric Cancer

Obiective:This study explored the changes of blood picture,TCM syndrome score,Karnofsky score,quality of life score,tumor markers and safety in patients with advanced gastric cancer after the treatment of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with chemotherapy.Explore the advantage in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Method:According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine and the inclusion,exclusion criteria,60 patients with gastric cancer were selected.The patients were randomly assigned to The experimental group(Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with chemotherapy,30 cases)and the control group(chemotherapy only SOX programme,30 cases)record the blood level change,TCM symptom score,quality of life score,KPS index,weight change,tumor index,safety index before and after treatment.And the date were analyzed statistically with the help of SPASS 19.0 statistical software.Results:1.There was significant difference in hemoglobin between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,there was no significant difference between white blood cells and platelets,P>0.05.2.There were significant differences in CEA and CA199 between the two groups after treatment.P<0.05,there was no significant difference between CA125 and CA724,P>0.05.3.There was no significant difference in the clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment.It was comparable.After treatment,the significant effective,effective and ineffective cases were 10,13,and 7 cases in observation group,and the control group was 6,9 and 15 cases.The effective rate was 76.67%(23/30)in the observation group and 50%(15/30)in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.There was a significant difference in the improvement of fatigue and anorexia after treatment in the two groups.<0.01,there was no significant difference in improving upper abdominal pain and constipation,P>0.05.4.After treatment,the weight of the observation group was increased in 19 cases,stable in 8 cases,and 3 cases were reduced.In the control group,the weight gain was 8 cases,the stability was 14 cases,and the decrease was 8 cases.After the chi-square test,the difference was significant,P<0.05.5.Comparison of quality of life scores:There were no significant differences in the quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The observation group improved in physical therapy,cognitive function,nausea and vomiting and pain after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in fatigue,loss of appetite,constipation,and general health were highly statistically significant(P<0.01).The physical function,pain and total health status of the control group were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores in the observation group were higher in the field of fatigue,nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,constipation,and total health status than in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the functional field,pain there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of shortness of breath,insomnia,and diarrhea.6.The KPS score of the control group did not increase significantly after treatment,P>0.05,indicating that Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the behavior of patients.The observation group was statistically different compared with the control group.(P<0.05).7.There was no significant difference in toxicity between the two groups.Conclusion:The therapeutic mode of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with chemotherapy,compared with chemotherapy alone,can improve KPS score,and improve quality of life.In reducing tumor marker level,the curative effect is definite,and fewer adverse reactions and good safety.
