Research On Idea And Method Of Professor Xia Guicheng Treating Ovulatory Infertility

Purpose:Establishing a database basing on Professor Xia Guicheng’s experience on treating anovulatory infertility, relying on the forefrontof computer data mining technology to explore the dialectic of ideas,drug-using experiences and other objective laws of Professor Xia Guicheng,in order to learn and heritage his erperiences,to futher improve the treatment of anovulatory infertility and the clinical efficacy.Method:Outpatient collection of Professor Xia Guicheng’s paient records in anovulatory infertility(from March2011to July2013),and basing on the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for further screening, the obtained records of92cases total2400diagnosis are processed by ETL software, Oracle database and Complex Network. Using digital frequency statistics, correlation analysis and other data mining tools to analyze the clinical erperiences of Professor Xia Guicheng, providing a new method for learning his academic experience.Results:Oldest is46and youngest is24,and mean age is28.7.Above35years old in21cases,22.8%,below35in71cases,77.2%.Data mining shows:main symptoms are dreaminess, poor sleep, loose stools, irritability, sweating during sleep, backache,most patients with less vaginal discharge.Disease involving deficiency of kidney Yin,disorder of heart and liver Qi, phlegm-damp retention. Professor Xia Guicheng mainly treates patients of ovulatory infertility during postmenstrual,mostly at the initial stage of ovulatory infertility.Patients with large amount of transparent vaginal discharge are treated during intermenstrual.The most commonly used prescription during postmenstrual is Guishaodihuang Decoction, intermenstrual is Bushencupailuan Decoction,premenstrual is Yu Linzhu,while menstruation is Wuweitiaojing Power.Poria is used most frequently97.9%),followed by Radix Dipsaci (97.3%),radix paeoniae rubrathe (77.9), Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (71.5%).Futhermore, loose stools and dangshen,baizhu, sharen are with high degree of association,while irritability is closely related to the lianzixin, gouteng and gouqizi, backache is associated with duzhong,tusizi,shanyao,shanzhuyu.The efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine is to nourish kidney Yin, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, Tranquilize mind and tonifying spleen.Conclusion:The result of Data mining shows:①Patients are older in age,some of them have serious symptom of deficiency of kidney Yin, which causes hyperactivity of fire.②Treatment mainly focus on the period of postmenstrual and intermenstrual, to prepare for Ovulation.③The choice of traditional Chinese Medicine is based on Menstrual cycle and Reproductive rhythm, also taking symptoms into account.
