Study On Professor Xia Guicheng’s Theory Of "Ovulation During Menstrual Period" And Its Clinical Experience In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Infertility

Objective:Professor Xia Guicheng,a master of Chinese medicine,has devoted more than half a century to study the theory and practice of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology.Especially the use of the menstrual cycle of Tiaozhou have great originality.The "ovulation during menstrual period" is the core content.The purpose of this study is to research the theory,systematically explores its connotation,explain it by theoretical and clinical significance.At the same time,do the collection of infertility cases,summarize the clinical experience summary and analysis on the characteristics and the law of prescription drugs,provide treatment support for the popularization and application of traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility,and further inheritance of experience of famous doctor.Methods:First with the method of analysis and induction,summarize the academic thoughts of Professor Xia Guicheng’s "ovulation during menstrual period",understands the essence of the theory.Secondly,through the retrospective study method,female infertility patients were collected from September 2014 to August 2016.Professor Xia Guicheng medical treatment studio case data,sorting and the establishment of database,the study of data mining on the database of medical records,and the results are analyzed and summed up.Results:Professor Xia Guicheng,s "ovulation during menstrual period" theory has experienced three stages of development:the embryonic stage,the mature stage,the clinical application stage.The core theory are the physiological characteristics.pathological characteristics and treatment characteristics.The results of the data analysis of sterility cases of Professor Xia Guicheng:The core pathogenesis of infertility is the kidney yin deficiency,kui-water insufficient.The core clinical manifestations of the patients of infertility is the ovulation period leucorrhea less of filamentous leucorrhea.The four core concerns of in fertility are:filamentous Ieucorrhea,basal body temperature,sleep pressure,spleen and stomach.The core prescription of infertility:Early after menstruation is Qijudihuang Decoction and Uncaria Decoction;Middle after menstruation is conclusionzishen liver decoction combined with Uncaria Decoction;Late after menstruation is BuTianZhongYuDan;the period of ovulation-Decoction for invigorating the kidney and promoting ovulation;the first half of Premenstrual period-Yulin Zhu;Posterior half of menstruation-Yulin Zhu with YueJuWan;menstruation-YueJuWan and
