Study On The Changes Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Management Organization And The Affect On Traditional Chinese Area After The Foundation Of People's Republic Of China

Chinese medicine is not only the treasure of Chinese culture, but also the crystallization of Chinese wisdom for thousands of years. It made immortal contribution to human survival and healthy development. Since PRC was set up, especially in recent years, the state attached particular importance to the development of Chinese medicine. The good policy guidelines also need specific work of traditional Chinese medicine department to implement. Therefore, managing organization of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) development plays an important role of a connecting link,while management directly affects the development of TCM.The TCM management organization has the rights to release Chinese medicine command and leading the overall work. The organization developed rapidly.Overall, the TCM organization changes have followed the following rules:firstly, it has spontaneous evolution and artificial construction two ways of changing; Secondly, changes have the tendency of path dependence; thirdly, the changes of social system would lead the change of TCM organization.The TCM organization organize TCM field through administrative management,medicine management,research management,education management and cooperation management.The organization influence the TCM field and promote it.TCM organization changes enhance social benefits.During the "great health" era,we can built a big TCM management to stimulate the TCM field development.
