Construction Of Knowledge Base Of Traditional Chinese Medical Diagnosis And Treatment Based On Medical Case Metadata

As a traditional Chinese medicine,TCM has already several thousand years of development history,the medical system in China and the world have higher recognition with the rapid development of medicine,medical data of each section of spurt of growth,but a large number of clinical doctors of personal experience and thought can’t save and accumulate the recessive data.In order to solve the problem of data loss in the process of TCM diagnosis and treatment,this paper extracted the basic concept set of TCM medical cases through the analysis of literature resources of TCM medical cases and constructed the conceptual semantic framework.On the basis of the previous research on TCM metadata scheme,the metadata model based on ontology was built to finally build the knowledge base of TCM diagnosis and treatment.Data mining and analysis are carried out on the data collected by empirical research to verify its practicability.Metadata,as structured data,is an important tool for managing,discovering and using data.In the process of knowledge organization,metadata also plays the role of knowledge discovery and knowledge preservation.With the introduction of Semantic Web,semantic description ability is also an increasingly important aspect in the process of knowledge organization under the vision of building the Internet of Everything.Therefore,ontology is one of the effective ways to build semantic metadata oriented model.The construction of metadata model based on ontology can not only guarantee the resource expression ability of metadata model,but also give semantic meaning to the described information resources,so that it has certain reasoning ability.In order to reasonably define the instance set and range set in the metadata model,this paper refers to the knowledge base construction process based on knowledge organization level,selects authoritative TCM medical case resources and carries out text processing to form the basic concept set in the field of TCM medical case.And reuse of traditional Chinese medicine to learn a language system(TCMLS-SN),semantic network frame,establishing TCM concept semantic classification hierarchy model and semantic relation model,finally on the basis of constructing metadata model based on ontology,the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to collect clinical data as the main goal of the field of TCM diagnosis knowledge base prototype system for data acquisition,Verify its data support for tacit knowledge mining.
