Knowledge Organization System Construction Of Fibrocystic Breast Disease Based On Thematic Words

Background/objective: Talking about standardize medical information and promote its sharing and utilization,the major consideration is to integrate information in disease domain,unify concept standardization,and structurize disease information.Therefore,the construction of disease knowledge organization system is of great importance to improve the effect of medical information utilization.It is also the basis for further application such as knowledge base construction,information extraction,information retrieval and text mining.Method/Process: In this paper,disease knowledge organization system is constructed based on thematic words.Hyperplasia of mammary glands is also known as fibrocystic breast disease.It's a breast disease with high incidence,its connotation and extension are ambiguous,and the quality of related information resources is uneven.By reusing and improving the framework and of the existing disease knowledge organization model,and obtaining important concepts,terminology and semantic relations from medical subject words,journal subject words andother sources,the knowledge organization system of mammary gland hyperplasia is constructed by standardizing concepts and filling the framework of disease knowledge organization.Results / Conclusion: This article summarizes the knowledge organization related theories,and takes the mammary gland hyperplasia as an example,integrates the existing resources,combs the disease knowledge system.To obtain the concepts of disease through different channels,construct the inter concept association,fill in the framework of knowledge structure of mammary gland hyperplasia,realize the standardization and structuralization of the concepts in disease domain,and lay the foundation for further application.
