Hospital Tacit Knowledge Development And Utilization

Knowledge management is the product of the time of Knowledge-based Economy. It is the advanced management idea. It's function is to promote the firm's core competence. Tacit knowledge management is the core and the difficulty of the knowledge management. The ability of usage tacit knowledge is the key of success of a person and organization.Only a few years ago, Chinese enterprises began to accept the idea of Knowledge management . But the idea is not used in hospital management today. Hospital is a firm containing a lot of tacit knowledge. So to make a good use of the tacit knowledge in hospital is very important.This article presents the tacit knowledge in hospital can be devided into three levels: individual tacit knowledge, department tacit knowledge and the whole hospital tacit knowledge. At present there are some problemes in hospital tacit knowledge management. The problems show up in three aspects: human resource management, organizational structure and organizational culture. So to make good use of the tacit knowledge management in hospital, we should work hard in the three aspect.At last, this article presents the concreat way to carry out tacit knowledge management in hospital.
