Objective:by prospective study specific CT value judgment on urinary tract of the chemical composition of the accuracy. To study the feasibility of urinary stones on computed tomography (CT) to predict chemical composition, auxiliary clinical treatment and prevention of urinary tract calculi.Methods:select our hospital uropoiesis surgical diagnosis and treatment of140patients with urinary stones on as the research object, by CT scans of140cases of patients with urinary stones on the soft tissue window CT value range, stones were initially determined chemical composition, choose treatment; Quantitative analysis for the stone samples after, choose consistent with the results of preliminary judgement of cases as the research object, compare various corresponding CT value range of pure calculi.Results:all140patients, after a CT scan of the average CT value judgment of stones,64cases of pure and determine the in vitro postoperative collect stones components conform to53, the accuracy is82.3%; Stone composition analysis, the total of pure stone in53cases (37.9%), calcium oxalate stone in27cases (50.9%), uric acid calculi,15cases (28.3%), hydroxyl apatite8cases (15.1%),2cases of1-cystine calculi magnesium phosphate amine stones in1case (3.8%), mixed stone in87cases (62.1%).Pure stone composition analysis, uric acid and calcium oxalate stones and hydroxyl phosphorus grey stone between the average CT value, soft tissue window average CT value/stone maximum transverse diameter ratio significant difference, had statistical significance (P<0.05), while calcium oxalate stones with hydroxyl phosphorus grey stone average CT value, soft tissue window average CT value/stone maximum transverse diameter ratio has no obvious difference (P>0.05).Pure uric acid calculi with other ingredients stone group of soft tissue window average CT value difference obvious (P<0.05); With CT value<550as standard, the sensitivity of diagnosis of pure uric acid calculi was93.3%,98%and88%positive predictive value, negative predictive value of99%, the coincidence rate was98.1%.Conclusion:Depending on the stone soft tissue window average CT value can distinguish between pure uric acid calculi and other pure stones, while calcium oxalate stones with hydroxyl phosphate calculi difficult to differentiate by CT scan. And soft tissue window average CT value550HU, pure uric acid calculi average CT value is much less than550HU.
