| Objective:Through the observation of the composition of urinary stones and ultrastructure and element analysis,to study the formation mechanism of urinary stone.Methods:Collected 280 cases of urinary stones in taiyuan district,using infrared spectrometer on the component analysis,and scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy spectrimeter of the typical stone structure observation and element analysis.Results:The charactetistic ingredients crystals with different lattice under the electron microscope,and the arrangement of different mixture distribution.Different composition of urinary stones has different elements and proportion.Conclusion:Various types of stone infrared spectra and elemental composition,microstructure,and each has its characteristics,for the research of urinary stones into stone mechanism provides an important basis.For various types of stone treatment,prevention and basis for the follow-up. |
